By using the Vocaloo application you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Vocaloo is a mobile application that converts voice messages (especially those received on WhatsApp) into written text using artificial intelligence. Premium features include automatic translation and AI-generated replies.
To use Vocaloo you need a Google account. You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity under it. You must be at least 14 years old to use the app.
Vocaloo offers the following plans:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You can turn off renewal at any time in your Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Payments are processed exclusively by Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store payment details (credit cards, bank accounts, etc.).
Prices shown include applicable taxes (handled directly by Google as the merchant of record).
For digital subscriptions, the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law is considered waived when the service is activated.
Refund requests should be submitted directly to Google Play through the Help Center.
You agree not to use Vocaloo to:
All app content (logo, name, design, code) is the exclusive property of the owner. Copying, distributing, or modifying the app without written permission is prohibited.
Text produced by transcriptions remains your property. You grant Vocaloo only the licenses necessary to operate the service (transmission to AI models for transcription).
Vocaloo is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:
We shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the app, except where prohibited by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, giving reasonable notice to users with an active subscription (refunding, in case of permanent discontinuation, the unused portion of the subscription).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules.
